Purchased at Chip In Farm, Bedford MA. Roast Date: FEB 25. Hario V60 pour over into a ceramic cup with various quotes related to Friendship on it. Smells like coffee from your favorite upscale diner. Delicate bakers chocolate, low acidity, smooth mouthfeel. Just good. Solid.
